VCI powder is a water-solubility crystal VCI. One application method is to hang VCI powder bag in a closed pack, it vapors corrosion inhibitor substance to the surface of metal in order to prevent the metal from corrosion. When VCI powder dissolves in water, suitable for compressor, turbine, engine, tank, boiler, heat exchanger etc
VCI powder has following characters:

◆Spraying VCI powder into pipeline or vessel of metal, easy to clean with compressed air or water

Protection metals: Carbon steel, Cast iron, Aluminum, Copper, Hot-dip galvanized sheet, Tin, etc. When it is used by solid powder, direct contact of VCI powder with nonferrous metal except aluminum and ferrous metal shall be avoided.
Application :
Dry anticorrosion：5g/bag or 10g/bag, In common condition, using quantity of VCI powder is 50g/m3.
Wet anticorrosion ：1000g/bag, 3.0% water solution. |
