VCI PAPER
—effective，economical and innovative antirust packaging materials
VCI paper is a antirust packaging material by Coating the VCI on the kraft paper，then drying and laminating different material. AS a innovative antirust packaging materials, they has replaced antirust oil and wax paper and applied in cold-rolled sheet or bar, auto parts, machine , electron and hardware industries, military.
Antirust mechanism of VCI is that VCI is absorbed on the surface of metal after vapor in a sealed packaging space, then it forms a protective layer that can prevent water and other corrosive component from contacting directly with metal. So metal can not occur corrosion.
In contrast to antirust oil and wax paper, VCI paper has following characters:
◆Double functions of vapor corrosion inhibitor and contact corrosion inhibitor
◆Needn’t coat antirust oil , operate effective , labor saving.

VCI paper for ferrous metal--- There are two kinds of structure with PE film (PO) and without PE film (PA) on paper. This product is perfect to carbon steel and cast iron. PO product can be recycled 100% and used of Separation between layers of metal parts. PA product can offer waterproof and greaseproof functions, so it is applied outer packaging material as well. We can print VCI paper.
VCI paper for Multi-metal---- There are two kinds of structure with PE film (PO) and without PE film (PA) on paper. This product can protect more metals such as Carbon steel, Cast iron, Aluminum, Copper, Hot-dip galvanized sheet, Tin, etc. PO product can be recycled 100% and used of Separation between layers of metal parts. PA product can offer waterproof and greaseproof functions, so it is applied outer packaging material as well. Print VCI paper available. VCI paper for copper---- There are two kinds of appearance with flat paper and crepe paper. The crepe paper can wrap the narrow metal sheet. It can prevent the copper sheet from discolor and corrosion. VCI paper can be produced meeting standards of JIS Z 0321-1997 《 VCI paper for copper and its alloy》. Print VCI paper available.
VCI paper for cold-rolled sheet---- There are two structures with PC ( single PE film+ PE woven)f and PD (double PE film+ PE woven). They can meet the strength and waterproof requirement of heavy item. Product includes: VCI paper for cold-rolled carbon sheet, VCI paper for silicon steel sheet, VCI paper for galvanized sheet, VCI paper for cold-rolled sheet. Print VCI paper available.  |
